Birthday Message Site?

My DP is having a milestone birthday next month. Obviously we are not able to have a party.

I'm asking friends and family to do him a video message or find a photo of him and write a (happy) message about him.

But I'm not very tech savvy and don't know how to co-ordinate it. Is there a website that I could use that would do it all for me?

Yes there's one called kudoboard we used for my mums big birthday.

We just did one for a friend using tribute - I don’t know what it’s like to use on the other side but was super easy for us to record it and submit it.
