Hello everybody,

I’m just looking for some advice as I’m really at the end of my thread and honestly I’m upset every single day.

Me and my partner are having our second child and I’ve been having everyday and having to wear pads everyday due to a yellow discharge which sometimes is browny red as well. I’ve been to the GP 3 times and they have done tests on it and advised there’s no infections and no STI’s.

They have put me down as having bacterial vaginitis, and prescribed me antibiotics 3 times none of which have worked.

I’ve had extremely bad pain in my stomach lower back and shoulders. I have seen the early pregnancy unit and they have scanned me and said everything is fine with the baby growing. Today I had my first midwife appointment and she said it’s perfectly fine it’s just normal.

Now when she says it’s normal, in my first pregnancy I never had to wear pads and I never felt like I was constantly going to wee myself.

Has anybody else experienced anything like this and what did you do?! Everybody says it’s fine and I’m just at the end of the road now and just crying daily because of it.

If it helps I do suffer with Endometriosis

I'm currently pregnant and have lost count of the amount of swabs I've had because of excessive discharge and they've all been normal. The wet feeling is horrible and I bought some very thin tena lady and its done the trick! I think its just a pregnancy thing!

I don’t think this is normal, but I don’t know what it could be either, sorry.

I have a lot of pregnancy discharge, but it’s white.

The pain sounds most concerning - if you’ve only had your first midwife appointment presumably you’re quite early in pregnancy so it doesn’t explain what would be causing you pain.

I’ve been to an early pregnancy scan and explained the problem and they said it’s normal and nothing to be concerned about but I never experienced this pain or the discharge with my first.

Obviously I’m just worried about the worst possible case because I’m literally crying out for help. 3 GP’s, visited out of hours service, and early pregnancy unit and nobody knows what’s causing it.
