My firm have just announced we won't be back in our urban office until mid-summer at the earliest. And then it won't ever be a return to normal with us all in at once, but certainly some combined form of remote working and in-office activities.
I've just come back to work from maternity leave - started back in January - so didn't have to experience WFH last year although my husband did. Its only been a few weeks but yikes, what a challenge.
What advice would you give/experiences you've had in the past year that you would share now?
