I’m looking for some recommendations for YouTube yoga!
I’d say I’m reasonably fit but my flexibility is shocking. So I’d like some kind of course or different workouts to build flexibility.
I’ve looked at Adriene’s 30 days programmes but some of the days look a bit too long. I do like her 20 minute full body flow but not sure if I’d benefit from doing the same one every day. I also find her a bit hard to follow and find myself looking at the tv to check instead of focusing on the moves.
Ideally I’d like 30 mins or less, any longer and I’ll struggle to fit it in / get bored / find excuses not to do it.
Has anyone found any good alternatives? Or any Adriene courses that have nice, short sessions?
