E-reader to read books and magazines

Hello just wondering if it is easier to read things on a e-reader than a laptop. I have recently found you can read newspapers magazines and books from the library for free. My phone is very small and my laptop is quite difficult to zoom in and read easily. Is there an easier way? Thanks

Kindle Paperwhite. Backlit and adjustable screen light. Loads of books for Kindle. Some free, most cheap. Free with Kindle Unlimited or if you have Prime, there’s a Prime library.

love my kindle. charge lasts ages, its light weight and I've always got something to read would not be without one now.

So is a kindle easier to read on than a laptop. I’m a bit clueless .
