I don't know a single Gloria, don't think I've ever met one in fact. It seems an extremely glamorous name to me. Gloria Gaynor is the only one I've heard of I think.

As a child I always thought ribbons and bows on presents were extremely posh, it's something I only saw on tv or the mags that came with newspapers

I was allowed patent school shoes once and then I scuffed them and was never allowed them again 😭

I’ve thought of another one - those electric ride-on cars they used to have a whole aisle of in Toys r Us. I used to dream of having one of them (and a garden big enough to drive one around in)! I had a rich friend who was so spoilt and she had one that she barely used.

Real branded toys, not the market knock off.
