Dystopian film or box set

Could anyone recommend some for me? I'm in that kind of mood.

I've watched the obvious disaster films and contagion/outbreak etc.

I also liked early days Walking Dead and Survivors.

Can anyone recommend something similar I might enjoy?

Equilibrium if you want full blown dystopian future.

Ex Machina or Devs might be up your street if you’re interested in the tech side.

I've just watched To the Lake on Netflix, a Russian apocalyptic drama which is quite brutal at times but it was good.
Also, not dystopian, but I absolutely loved Kingdom on Netflix, a zombie series set in ancient Korea.

The Road, book is better than the film. Threads is also a barrel of laughs.

Snowpiercer it’s excellent. I’m currently binge watching.

I will try again. I enjoyed the film but the TV series just felt really poorly done. Will try a few more episodes!

The Last Wave on iplayer, french drama set in a surfing community.

I love the Snowpiercer film but couldn’t get into the series at all.

What happened to Monday is a good film on Netflix

Oh and the TV series Utopia if you like a bit of conspiracy theory (watch the British one, the US one is crap in comparison)

Another vote for children of men. Ones of the best movies I have ever seen and hugely under rated.

I second The Barrier, also The Unthinkable and Aliens (not the film, the channel 4 series now on Netflix)
