What's the best way to take vitamins and supplements?
Is it in tablet, capsule or liquid form?
I start my day every day with a vitamin C before breakfast. I aim to have a clean breakfast like eggs poached, scrambled or omelette with veg. I take vitamin D after that.
I'm nesrly 40 and I noticed my hair is thinning. I made a bun in my hair and the doughnut tool is naked in parts and I'm not able to stretch the hair all around. It's not even a large tool. I'm disappointed. I would like to add a hair supplement into my life.
I know many people could argue that there's no need for vitamins and supplements and to eat a good diet. I don't want that argument here. My life and schedule is never going to allow me a fantastic diet filled with a range of fresh fruit and vegetables.
