Spiralizer for making courgetti. I have a cheap hand-held one and it's great.

One of our favourites is a mini blender. Originally given to us as a present when we had a baby. Never used it to make baby food. Fantastic for making marinades and bread crumbs.

Joseph Joseph garlic crusher.
I break garlic crushers with amazing regularity. The JJ one is a twist mechanism and thick material which gives me hope it might just survive.

honestly, I'd spend it on a couple of really good knives. I find I can do almost everything in the kitchen with a decent knife (crushing garlic included).
