Wedding songs

What songs do people like for walking down the aisle? Some songs I love are either obscure, aren't really about love (more heartbreak!) or would be more suited to a party than a wedding.
Help me out here mumsnetters please .

Dp and I have differing musical tastes-I like indie music and he likes the sort of song you can mosh to. At this rate i'll be coming down the aisle to absolute silence .

I had ‘Make you feel my love’ by Bob Dylan. You could consider an instrumental only version of a song you both like if the lyrics don’t quite fit the occasion?

I had Etta James. At Last.

I almost had Florence and the machine you got the love but changed my mind last minute

We had stevie wonder signed sealed delivered for walking back up the aisle married

I've been at a couple of weddings (Scottish - relevant) where the bride walked in to "Let's Get Married" and they walked out to "500 Miles", both by the Proclaimers.

Also one where they walked out to the "Bare Neccesities". That was ace.

We had a classical piece rather than a song - The Prince of Denmark's March. It's so hard narrowing music and songs down! Good luck - it'll be gorgeous whatever you pick

we had one of the songs previously mentioned in previous posts as one of our songs.

I walked down the aisle to a piano version of the theme tune to Jurrasic Park, its a piece I love and every time we looked at music I kept coming back to it so thought why not! We then walked out once married to the theme tune from Friends 😊

We had a Frankie Vallie song, Mr Big ( not the obvious one) and Temperance Movement song.

I had Vivaldi to come down the aisle, but DH and I walked back down to "I hear a Symphony" by Diana Ross.

Something Changed by Pulp is a good one if you like indie music?
