Best gloves for post-covid damaged hands

After having covid last year, whenever I'm outside in the cold my fingertips become tingly and painful, then go numb. It takes a while being back in the warm before the feeling returns, and the whole thing is really uncomfortable.

Can anyone recommend some gloves or mittens which are mega warm and might help? Ideally not leather/sheepskin if that's possible. TIA.

I have Raynaud's. The best thing is layering a thin glove with something like a skiing gloves over the top. Decathlon has both for reasonable prices.

I would double up, wear a thin pair of gloves with fingers and over the top a pair of insulating mittens, eg ski mittens. That way if you need to take your mittens off to do something that requires fine motor skills you won't get quite as bad cold shock to your hands.

Trespass or Lands' End are good for cold weather gear. Wrist warmers might help too. thin gloves ski mittens

Dc2 has raynauds phenomenon and wears these www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07K66VHRF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_ADYNWAPM7MK6B5SAZDQK?psc=1&_encoding=UTF8&tag=mumsnetforu03-21
over fingerless gloves in the house or thin gloves and ski gloves when out. Also puts gloves on radiators before wearing and has an electric hand warmer to make sure hands are at a reasonable temperature before going out.
If all this doesn't work the GP can prescribe medication such as nifedipine.

Oh thanks everyone, really appreciated. It sounds like maybe a pair of those silver gloves and some ski mittens would do the trick. Who knew covid would cause such random symptoms!
