Line eyes and advise please

Hi. NC for this.

Did a test about 20 mins ago and straight away noticed there was a second looking line but not so sure. However once the test window bit dried the second potential line is gone.

Does anyone else see a line? If so why has it gone and what does that mean?

I can see a line but the test looks a bit flooded
