If you don't feel shattered by 4pm please tell me what you do.
I'm only early 30s but I feel so worn out all the time.
- I've had a chronic pain condition with my pelvis and back for 2.5 years but I'm having treatment - though I am in pain most of the time, it's low level at the moment (was severe) - but is this the only reason I'm tired?
- I take a high vit d supplement and other wellbeing supplements.
- have a healthy diet, normal BMI
- drink loads of water
-coffee morning only
- no alcohol really or maybe one glass on a weekend
- have a good bed routine, do mindfulness
- I exercise (when I can physically but always at least once a week)
I have a two year old but he's quite a chilled boy - I just feel like I should have more energy. I am so so tired all the time.
Any miracle ideas? It's really getting me down
