If you don't feel shattered by 4pm please tell me what you do.

I'm only early 30s but I feel so worn out all the time.

  • I've had a chronic pain condition with my pelvis and back for 2.5 years but I'm having treatment - though I am in pain most of the time, it's low level at the moment (was severe) - but is this the only reason I'm tired?
  • I take a high vit d supplement and other wellbeing supplements.
  • have a healthy diet, normal BMI
  • drink loads of water
-coffee morning only
  • no alcohol really or maybe one glass on a weekend
  • have a good bed routine, do mindfulness
  • I exercise (when I can physically but always at least once a week)

I have a two year old but he's quite a chilled boy - I just feel like I should have more energy. I am so so tired all the time.

Any miracle ideas? It's really getting me down

I felt like this and had bloods. My iron was at the bottom threshold of “normal” but apparently some people need more than others to feel ok.
After two weeks of iron, b12 etc supplements I feel much better!

Yes could be that though I did have a blood test a couple months ago and it wasn't flagged. No harm in trying!

Glad it helped you

B12. I was constantly tired, memory lapses, low mood and just struggled to function, but after a course of B12 injections I was like a new woman! I take them in tablet form now and can feel a difference if I miss a few days.
