Extremely boring I know. I bought a food processor a few weeks ago and I want to make dough (for pizza). I normally make it by hand. Do I need to do anything differently?
I tried shortcrust pastry the other week and it didn't quite work (I had to make it by hand). I don't have any spare bread flour so I don't want it to not work.
