Last night I was crying but all of a sudden my hands seized up , my limbs went stiff and started shacking uncontrollably. I couldn’t talk and I struggled to catch a breath, I was gasping.
It lasted a few minutes and then calmed down. It happened again about half an hour later.
I found myself after each one almost unable to say words I had in my head for a while, I felt a bit stupid.
I went to bed early and now I’ve woke up feeling like shit :( I don’t know what happened. My daughter saw the first one and it frightened her
