Or would you hold off longer yet?

We have, in Shropshire for August

Timbucktime · 01/02/2021 20:42

I had a booking from last year moved to this August.
I cannot believe how much places have increased their prices for this year.

GrammarHopeful · 01/02/2021 20:54

Yes

TramaDollface · 01/02/2021 20:55

Naw

guiltynetter · 01/02/2021 20:56

Yep. I would and have. Just make sure you can get a full refund, I prefer places with proper covid policies.

Itsokthanks · 01/02/2021 20:57

Yes, we booked it last September after we got back from last year's holiday.

Daydreamsinglorioustechnicolor · 01/02/2021 20:58

I booked a UK summer holiday for August, but I did book it ages ago and I must admit did think things would be better by now.
I'm still thinking it'll probably be fine.

Yes - have booked a week with a hotel in Cornwall, rather than through Air BnB (as I normally do), as I prefer the assurances of the hotel’s covid policy.

Yes, we've booked a holiday for the end of August; we live in quite a touristy area so have booked a week somewhere much much quieter. If we have to move it to next year it won't be the end of the world though.

Daydreamsinglorioustechnicolor · 01/02/2021 21:03

My main concern is that everyone will be doing UK holidays this year and it will be heaving.
We haven't been to this particular place before but do usually holiday in the UK.
Hey, we'll make the most of it.
