Can I book a second delivery with Sainsburys before the first delivery has arrived?

I'm confused.
I have a delivery for tomorrow evening Tuesday 2nd feb.
I'd like to book another slot now for Monday the 8th feb, otherwise all the slots will have been taken.
I can't see how to do this is it possible?
(Though I have managed to book tomorrows delivery before my previous click&collect order had been collected. )

You can. I think you can only do it if you're not currently editing the first delivery. So check out the first one then you'll get the option (it's on the main page of the app)
