We had a letter through from our LL saying we are due a gas safety inspection and that the company would be here today at 3pm. All fine no problems obviously, I know it's important.
It's not 4.30pm and no sign of them, completely understand people can run late..etc and not annoyed they are late but they aren't answering either number listed on the business card LL gave me and I could do with starting kids dinner and baths soonish but I know they need to inspect the oven/hob so I can't really have it hot or with food cooking and obviously don't want 3 little kids in the bath who can't be left alone when they arrive.
How long would you hand it out waiting and what time would you just crack on with what you need to do?
