At the start of January I started couch to 5k having never been jogging before. I think I'm going to miss it when it finishes as I like the structure, although hopefully I'll still manage to keep jogging a couple of times a week.
I've previously done yoga with Adrienne.
I like the structure of something I can do for a few weeks. But I'm not sure what I want to try next. If it wasn't lockdown I'd try something like skiing or climbing.
Any suggestions for something I can do from home? Learn or improve at.
