31st December or 1st Jan?

Can't decide, they're both a bit rubbish but could be made special in a way.

31st December. Most people are up for a party on Hogmanay and hungover on the 1sr.

31st! People will want to celebrate your birthday 1st Jan everyone will be more hungover. However 1st jan is a bank holiday so less likely to be working on your birthday
