Can I use frozen fruit in a smoothie without defrosting it?

It says defrost for 7 hours. Is it ok to use it frozen? I have no idea. They are raspberries!

yes, if it was a big chunks of something like mango you'd need a decent blender but raspberries will go fine.

Yep I always use frozen berries in mine. Lovely ice cold smoothie :)

Yes if you have and ice crushing blender although small stuff like berries should be fine in any blender really

Yes perfectly doable. Especially nice in summer as it makes it a bit like one of those frosty/slushie drinks you get at coffee shops only nicer
