What site do you use to download music from?

I want to download (not stream) some specific tracks - some current, some a few years old. I don't mind paying for the tracks, but I don't want to pay for a subscription service. I need to download them onto my Mac, not phone (in mp3 or m4a format). Any suggestions?

I have used YouTube to mp3 converters in the past if you give it a quick google you can just put the YouTube URL in and the site converts the song to mp3. Not sure if they exist anymore. You may have to look around for one that works.

Or buy the tracks from Apple Music if all else fails?

Thanks DuckPancake, I'll have a look. I did check out Apple Music but it seems to be a subscription service now, unlike iTunes.

Personally, I use mp3info.net to download music from the web. Simple fast and easy to use.
