Piles! Sex and urgh

Ok so I've got a pile. I think its a pile. Bit itchy, seems to swell up and then go down again.
Am so self conscious i don't want to hsve sex.
Have got myself some cream and started using it.

Does anyone have experience of piles and sex? Do you have times where they flare up? Do you also have times when they go v little and dont bother you?

Im worried this is my life forever now. Feel horrible and dirty even tho I know that's ridiculous.

Singular? Yeah, they come and go. I've got one that flares up every few years for a couple of months, then thankfully fucks off again. Don't feel dirty, it's just a rogue vein.

I've not had it impact my sex life, but I'm not much into anal where it definitely would!
