Ikea delivery

I ordered a new bed from ikea on Monday for next day delivery.

It was supposed to come on the 26th, it didn't arrive and I got a call on the 27th apologising and arranging delivery for the 28th, it didn't come on the 28th and I got a call apologising and arranging delivery for today. I am supposed to get a text 1 or 2 days before telling me a time it will come. I have not yet received this. I rang customer services but after listening to 6 ABBA songs I gave up, twice. I have emailed them but no one replied.
I am assuming it isn't going to come today as when I go to track delivery it just shows the order but no delivery details.
I paid £50 for next day delivery and I'm starting to get a bit pissed off to be honest.
What would you do? Am wondering if it's worth joining Twitter to get a response.

I’ve had a lot delivered from IKEA over the last year and I’ve never had delivery texts until the day of delivery. That text should also give you a link to track the lorry so you can see roughly, on a map where the lorry is before it reaches you. It will also give you a rough time for delivery.

I would be asking for my delivery charge back as they’ve not delivered in time. Twitter may work. Try Facebook too and may be call as soon as lines open to see if you get through before things get busy.

I would try all forms of contact, live chat, calling, twitter, fb. And I would want my delivery fee back.

I will be asking for the delivery fee back but I'm waiting till we actually have the bed first. Live chat is not available at the moment.

I can't listen to anymore ABBA songs, I really can't. 😂
