The most minor things that feel like an achievement at the moment

I've fully grown a nail beyond half way (on my middle finger) for the first time in 34 years since a new born. I'm an anxious biter of nails but this actually has it's own white tip. I've painted them all with Sally Hansen's miracle grow.

I slept 8.2 hours for the first time in 18months on Wednesday too.

Honestly small things...making a great bloody week.

Anyone else?

Congratulations! From an ex (though childhood) nail biter.

Wearing a bra. Ive not left the house since last year apart from take DS to his once a week job, and I make sure to wear a bra for the 10 minute car journey.
