Can anyone recommend a styling head doll?

Does anybody have any recommendations for a styling head type doll? DD is 7 soon and has requested one for her birthday. I had one when I was young but it annoyed me because the base was flimsy and she fell over all the time, and her hair wasn't very easy to work with (she was a hand me down, which probably didn't help).

She would like it to have lots of accessories (clips, brush, hairdryer etc!) but I can get them separately if it means getting better doll. If it came with play makeup she'd enjoy that too, but that's not necessary. I remember putting it on mine and it being impossible to get off again!

I've had a look at various reviews, but for everyone saying "this one is great" there's five people saying it's shit! DD gets frustrated quite easily and I'm keen to avoid that as much as possible... The Chad Valley one from Argos (£12) has loads of bits with it and seems quite positive, but of course the few negative reviews are putting me off!

Budget is probably about £30 or so.

Thanks!
