I really want a bird feeder

It has to be cat and squirrel proof and I don't have tree to hang it in/ from.
Any recommendations?

I have a couple that you can stick on windows. they're not really squirrel proof though unless you put them on an upstairs window

I have something like this with these squirrel proof feeders (different ones necessary for different foods) and a squirrel/rat baffle around the pole.

Other good advice i received from more seasoned bird feeders, was to put vaseline on the bottom part of the pole below the baffle, to further deter rats. Also use single seeds not mixed (eg just sunflower seeds) because birds are fussy buggers and will chuck what they don’t want over their shoulder to get to the good stuff, leaving mess on the ground to attract scavengers. Finally, put the pole in a little way away from any bushes to avoid squirrels leaping on, but close enough that birds don’t feel scared to come because there is no shelter.
