Throbbing teeth/ gums

Amy ideas what causes the sudden whole mouth throbbing/ aching? - no dental problems here, possibly because I have been out for a walk though it wasn't that cold, and I had been back for half an hour?? Last maybe half an hour, and I only get it from time to time.

Sinus infection?

Then it wouldn't completely go? I think it must be a temperature sensitivity thing, like when your hands become painful when they rewarm after being very cold?
