Relocating to Northwich

We are currently looking to relocate to a more rural/family friendly place.
Husband works in Chester so feel Northwich would be a good place to start.
We currently live in Manchester with our 4 teens and 1 year old. Can anyone advise on nice areas and areas to avoid please. Lots of new builds on Winnington Village however I’ve read so reviews about pollution and noise from a nearby factory.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi. We live in Sandiway/Cuddington and love it :) You might also like Hartford, Davenham, Kingsmead areas.

Davenham, Hartford or Sandiway would be my choices.

Kingsmead or Winnington less so....

Are schools an issue as that could make a big difference?

There are also some really nice villages on the outskirts of Chester, such as Christleton that would be worth considering.

We currently looking at cuddington, Sandiway and Hartford these area seem ideal for us. Although scary as we won’t know anyone but exciting at same time! 😌

College and High School and then in a couple of years primary school will be needed for little one so it’s very important there is good ones near by. College as long as there is transport for the commute then this would ideal.
