Bought a P.C. for Dd to do online school 6 months ago, today turn it on & it’s not working.
Phoned curry’s, can’t be fixed by me over the phone, must go in for repair which will take at least 10 days.
On the phone for well over an hour, redirected to 8 departments & every single one was useless.
One of them told me I could exchange, next one told me I couldn’t, 3rd person only deals with washing machines & back round in circles via various customer ‘care’ departments.
Any ideas of who I can complain to that might actually get a response?
