Do you have a chocolate fountain? If so, do you recommend yours?

I'm looking at getting one for my DH's birthday present. It's more of a jokey one from my DS but still want it to be decent. I've done research already but all the reviews are such a mixed bag!

It doesn't have to be huge and willing to spend up to £50.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi i have a very basic one , think it was from claus ohlsen ? years ago .
If you buy thorntons chocolate chips -for melting you melt chocolate 1st then pour into fountain , melts at a lower temp i think.
Alternatively i believe if you use block chocolate you need to add vegetable oil into the melted chocolate for good flow -sounds vile to me .
They are a bugger to clean afterwards but its worth it as they bring a lot of pleasure.
