Please tell me this is menopause not pregnancy

In my youth I had very irregular periods but since my second child they are every three weeks to four weeks. It is now week five. I had a circle of blood at week four but nothing after that. I am now terrified I could be pregnant. I am almost 48 and absolutely could not cope with another child (really cannot), but also an abortion would devastate me.
I have another week to go before I can do a pregnancy test.

Much more likely peri/menopause. Try not to worry too much

Also, Covid can affect menstrual cycles?

I've had some slight blood this morning so think it is going to be okay : )
