I’m vegan and joined WW last June. Lost 2 stone with about 1 1/2-2 stone still to go. I don’t find it a fath at all and really enjoy the plan. The app is great and has lots of vegan recipes and you can easily edit non vegan recipes eg by swapping out the cheese for a non dairy one. The app also has a social community section (bit like Instagram/ Facebook), where you can follow other people or join groups. I follow lots of other vegans for food ideas and there is even a vegan group on the app too. With WW no food is off limits but it’s really helped me with mindless snacking and getting a better idea of normal portion sizes.
There are 3 diff diet plans and if you don’t like counting then I would go for the purple plan. On that you don’t have to count tofu, pulses, wholewheat rice/ pasta/ grains, fruit, veg and various other things. So it would just be things like oil, vegan cheese, milks, treats, junk food and alcohol that you would need to track
