I'm not sure if there's anything that can really help here but at least I get to vent!
My wee girl will be 5 months at the start of Feb. She's never been the best sleeper, but we've been hit pretty hard by the 4 month sleep regression. Waking frequently overnight, resistant to going back to sleep, looking more feeds overnight (breast fed).
I think we have pretty good sleep habits - she goes down awake in her cot for daytime naps and we have a consistent bedtime routine. Though I'll often bring her into our bed after a few wakings during the night as I am just done!
Last night I would say was fairly typical - asleep at 8, awake just after 11, again at 1, 3, 5 and 6:30. Fed 3 times (probably would have had more but I try and keep it three hourly).
I'm a ftm with not a huge amount of people to ask advice from, and particularly with lockdown the lack of sleep is starting to get me down. I'd be really grateful for any advice thank you!!
