Thought I'd start a little light hearted thread amongst all of the doom and nastiness. I have the tiniest desk, and I'm thinking it needs a bit of a clear up. So here's what's on mine:-

Lip balm x2
Airpods x2 (one for laptop, one for ipad)

@Sheusedtobesomeonelse, I bought a riser thingy for my home desk - it's a game changer! I got this one when it was on offer and it's made a huge difference (my desk was actually a table, and slightly too low, so I was getting sore shoulders). I'm sure it was exactly what you needed.
Mine tends to just lie asleep in his office bed, so that he's got the energy to wake me up in the small hours.

I have a computer desk, so the Mac is hidden underneath. So I have keyboard, mouse, screen, headphones, router, coaster, a few bits of paper, couple of pens and a small writing pad.

Laptop, two monitors, laptop stand, keyboard, hard drive, mouse, mouse mat, webcam, heated fingerless gloves, headphones, calculator, A-Z notebook, pad of paper and variety of pens.

When I am working I usually have my phone and iPad there as well with a cat or two. Occasionally I also need my heated throw.

Spare room is office needed for other person wfh I've worked on dining table since last march

Lucky to have 4 level computer desk about 3' wide, was bought for DS who moved out.

Top: Monitor

2nd from top: notebook, headphones, phone, paper & pencil (I make notes all the time), spectacles.

3rd down, roll out shelf for keyboard, mouse.

4th down: desktop PC (yes one ofthose), router, cables.

Feline tries to occupy my chair not the desk

Laptop on a shoe box, keyboard, mouse, 2x cold tea, penguin wrapper, fingerless gloves, lots of text books, lanolips, pencils and pens, other identical pair of gloves, wooden stand so I can use laptop standing up (love this!)and then there’s all sorts of crap and more books on the floor and the bed.
