Flower question - daisies and carnations

Would these be available to buy from a florist or is it the wrong season? (I mean the big daisies and any kind of carnations.) Or even better would any of the supermarkets be likely to have them?

I plan to call a florist tomorrow but just want to know if they're going to laugh at me!

I want both flowers for a random specific thing this week and I know less than nothing about flora (I am also sadly a plant killer - I couldn't even get some cress seeds to grow recently. They just sat there in the cotton wool and eventually I threw them out Confused)

Yes you will be able to get them, they are available all year around.

Pretty much every supermarket will have carnations. Morrison's and Asda definitely always have them.

If you mean gerberas, sometimes called Transvaal daisies, then yes, they and carnations are available all year round.
