I've been on the pill (microgynon) about 10 years, finished my last pack on December 31st and had a normal withdrawal bleed. For the last few days now I've had really painful bloating, can't do up any jeans, feeling of constipated and tender around my pelvis- this has never happened this bad to me before! My diet/exercise hasn't changed. Did this happened to anyone else?
