It's coming up to that time of year where we have our performance reviews at work and mine is coming up next week.
We've been asked by the director to consider any objectives we want to strive for this year. I really enjoy my job, but always find reviews and objectives stressful. I love my day job and am good at it, but feel objectives just pile the pressure on as i feel like i'm chasing my tail to get them done by the end of the year.
I'm really struggling to come with any thoughts. Has anyone got any advice or basic pointers on what i could set myself?
