I'm an on/off Corrie fan and was just watching an episode I'd recorded this week and MLV was getting in a car whilst chatting to Sally. His left hand was SO shaky. He was resting it on the car, as though he was leaning on it, which hid the shake a little but not entirely.

It looks like a Parkinsons shake but he doesn't seem to have the gait that goes with it. I'm not a doc but have a close relative who had Parkinsons.

A quick online search revealed nothing. I wonder if he's ok?

I thought exactly the same on that scene. It was the same again on this evenings episode. My dad has parkinsons and that was the first thing I thought.

He used to have a drink problem and had to take time off Corrie to get help. Don’t know if that’s relevant?

My colleague shakes. In her case I suspect she is an alcoholic as she admits to 7 bottles of wine per weekend.

He has never looked well since coming back to Corrie after the allegations against him were dropped. I can't remember all the details but the whole thing took its toll of him, it was dreadful. I wonder if people really ever get over something like that; Cliff Richard was talking on a TV show a while back and said how it still affects him, his actions, etc and he was vindicated.

It's sad, Michael was a lovely, good looking chap. I think he is less lovely now but he still has a lot of life ahead of him.

I remarked to DH tonight that he looked ill. His skin is a mottly purple grey even undrr the telly make up and he looks rather frail.

He has his demons, I reckon.

Who knows, he will probably have to make some announcement shortly as it's very noticeable. He doesn't look well i agree.

I thought he was slightly slurring his speech as well.

Thinking about it I saw him in the supermarket a few weeks ago and he didn't look ill. Don't watch Corrie so not sure how far behind its filmed.

He did develop an addiction problem whilst awaiting the trial.

I very rarely watch Corrie, but watched an episode the other day and thought exactly the same! He seemed to have the shakes and was slurring his words.

He seems to have the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, he should get checked out
