Ttc, pregnancy and rubella

DH and I will be ttc later this year. I'm a healthcare student and have had blood tests to check immunity for rubella. I've had two jabs but it's come back as my antibodies are low so I'm not protected. Should I be concerned about this? I work in outpatients (not sure if this makes a difference). I don't know much about rubella other than it's bad to catch it in the first trimester. Is there anything I can do?

Ask your gp if you can have the vaccine but if you do you must not get pregnant for 3 months.

@MrsBirkett I was told if I've already had the vaccine twice I wouldn't be offered a 3rd. Is this untrue then?

Hi, I am TTC and a blood test showed I am not immune to rubella even though I have previously had 2 doses. I have therefore been advised to get myself vaccinated again before trying, and have been advised to wait 6 weeks and get another blood test to see if I require a further top up. I would get the vaccine before trying as wish I had done this months ago! It would have saved me being so anxious that we cannot try for a few months now :(
