Ours is from M&S. They often have 20% off home wear.

My kitchen knives and forks were bog standard Ikea in about 1988 or 89. They are not pretty, but pretty serviceable even today.
However, I do also have a large set of silver for normal day-to-day use.

Do you have any Clubcard points? They triple at Denby, so if you combine with an existing offer you would only need about £35 worth of Clubcard points (+£5 pp) to get a 24 piece Denby set.

An you wait for the end of lockdown? If so, I'd recommend tk maxx or homesense. I got 2 Viners sets from there for less than the regular price of one.

The Denby offer is great! Me and 2 friends put in £20 each and with my last year’s Clubcard points got our friend a full set of plates, starter plates, bowls and serving dishes as a housewarming gift.

Was only thinking about this myself today - watching.... 👀
