My laptop has packed up and is apparently going to take 2 weeks to finish, which was about the amount of time it was going to take me to finish writing my book. I have a 3rd generation iPad Air, but no keyboard or mouse, which I think are going to be quite crucial for editing as I go, and just keeping up writing stamina (I cannot write thousands of words on a touch screen!) Anyone use a non-Apple, i.e. cheaper, Bluetooth mouse or keyboard and can recommend? Or is apple keyboard etc the only way to go? I really don’t want to spend too much but I have to finish the book for an early feb deadline and so these 2 weeks are going to be crucial.
(I cracked my Mac display by elbowing it by accident.... just when I thought things couldn’t get worse with lockdown....)

I have a Logitech keyboard (bluetooth, unsure of model) for my first gen iPad Air. It’s rather good, I’ve gotten used to having a mixture of touch screen and the keyboard. My only complaint is that sometimes you have to press really hard on certain keys to get them to work, yet most of the time works fine!
