M and S customer service cant speak to anyone!

Anyone know how I can get hold of someone to speak too? I phoned customer service and whatever answer I gave I just got through to a recorded message.
Returned some clothes as full of holes but stupidly didnt put the paperwork in although have registered the return online. Just need to speak to someone to make sure I get a refund!

Have they a Facebook page/Twitter account? I've always found posting some dissatisfaction gets a pretty prompt response from a real person.

I had a nightmare trying to get through, but i have been corresponding with: [email protected] (and i did get a reply!)

I thought about sending them a letter, but I notice on their website that they are no longer accepting 'whitemail'. I'm white so had to stay on the phone instead.
