I'm in such a dark place

Just that,when does the heartache stop!

I don't know. My mum died recently and I'm struggling. It seems that it's going to hurt forever.

Heartache and grief don't go away but they do become manageable, in that you won't feel so dreadfully overwhelmed by it all. It takes time though, so be kind to yourself.

One day I'm ok,and today can't stop crying x

Tears are natural though. I didn't even know it was possible to cry this much!
Today is okay, but you have to take each day as it comes.
My body physically hurts from grief. It's so difficult.
Some days it's much easier, I'm hoping that when we can see family again it will get a little bit easier.
