Mumsnet App or Website?

Suddenly wondered today if I'm missing anything by not using the App. What do you think? Pros and cons?

Never used the app, I see a lot of people saying they can’t do or see things from the app (glitches I think) and I’ve never been tempted myself.

I think the app seems even more limited than the mobile site, which is more limited that the desktop site.

Never used the app, only the mobile site and desktop site. I use the desktop one more nowadays.

I use the app but I never ever look at mumsnet on a computer, only my phone

If you're on iPhone the app is good. I recently changed to android and the app on here is bloody awful...

I use the app, can't stand the website. Feels like it's back to front 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve tried the app but could never get on with it. I prefer the website and usually I’m on my mobile.

I only ever use the app. I almost forgot there was a website! I only go on the website if I've got any messages (which is rare!).

I only ever use the app (iPhone or iPad here) I've never had a problem with it, can see photos etc.

The only time I use the site on a browser is if I get an email telling me I have a message.

App is poor.

I have it both on phone (android) & ipod.
But prefer website.

The ipod version of app is much better to use but still a pain (harder to navigate, less functionality, less reliably puts my posts up, harder to search threads) compared to website.

I can quote from the app - demonstrated! Just swipe left from the right hand side of the post.

The bookmark function is there too as a reminder to those who like to put . Or F or other random letters on a thread!
