LH and HCG both positive??

So I had my coil removed 6 weeks ago I’ve had no bleed since and I had very light short to no periods when I had the IUD in.
I bought the Femometer test strips 2 days ago to see if I was ovulating as was displaying symptoms this showed yesterday and today I am peaking. However I went to do another one tonight and I had picked up the HCG test by mistake however it has come out positive as well???
Am I pregnant or ovulating?

You’re pregnant. Pregnant women still have LH, hence having both come out positive. Well done congrats x

LH strips can detect an early pregnancy as on a molecular level LH and HCG are very similar and OPKs can't tell the difference....sounds like you are pregnant to me!
