I have the kind with small pustules/ red bumps, not broken blood vessels. I had cystic acne for years, got that under control but now I've hit 40, j have this!
I'm breast feeding so cannot get medication from a dermatologist for it yet.
Has anyone found any good skincare products to keep my skin calm?

I found that you may need to try a few different ones to find one that suits you and by try I mean use something for a few weeks to give it a chance.

There's lots brands that have a rosacea line. I have tried lots! La Roche Posay seemed ok but stopped working after a few months. I currently use Ren calming line and it's good. But not perfect..... I heard cetaphil is worth a try.... Good luck! Rosecea sucks!

I had exactly the same for years, until this regime...

Quinoderm wash twice a day
Duac gel once a day (if you can use when breastfeeding)
Cerave AM and PM moisturisers
Pixi glow tonic twice a week

Have you tried Azaylic Acid from The ordinary ? It’s not cured it but made it a lot better (smoother , less red)
