So I ordered in October, they were meant to be dispatched on Dec 15th. Email saying going to be middle of January as stuck in Felixstowe, I have option to cancel order or get more money off. I agree to money off.

Over 2 weeks ago 1 arrived, still waiting for 3 more. I emailed, was told they'd reply between 7-14 days. Nothing.

Phone line says email and no Twitter page. Not really sure where to go from here! I just want to know what's happening!!!

Any ideas?

The one we do have is fab!

No idea but they are great. DD has one and I often borrow it.

The email I got back to say my email had been received said that I had to wait 7-14 days for a reply and not to email in between or I'd be put to the back of the queue!!

Surely I shouldn't need to wait 3 months for delivery

I ordered in November. Also got the back of the queue message when I emailed. Apparently it couldn’t be delivered and had been returned. There was no message left by a courier and anyway someone was in at all times. We also have instructions on the door about parcels and willing neighbours to take them in. I asked for a refund and got one. This doesn’t add up to me.

Well I finally got a reply and apparently they sent a 6kg package so all 4 should have been delivered!!

She is now investigating

They are sending me the 3 that are missing! Shame it took so long for them to respond. Hopefully they'll be here at the weekend
