Does anyone know why Sertraline is seemingly prescribed more than other antidepressants nowadays (at least in my own experience of people I know) ?
Is it due to it being better at treating anxiety etc with fewer unpleasant side effects or is it cheaper than fluoxetine etc for the NHS ?
I hoped someone on here may know the answer as it's something I have been wondering following on from another thread.
