Buyer won the bid and now doesn't want the item. Don't use eBay much. I just want to relist it and avoid paying any fees.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do please?

Just cancel the order and relist it

If I cancel it, don't I still need to pay eBay fees?

eBay aren't replying to me. Does anyone know if I will get charged fees if I cancel the order?

If they don't want item then presumably they didn't send a paypal payment.
Ebay will credit/not take the final value fees or any selling fees if you cancel.

If you had to refund paypal, paypal would keep 20p (as far as I remember) out of the transaction, is only loss you would make.

Put them on your blocked bidder list if you are regarding them as time-waster. But be very polite to them no matter what -- they can still leave feedback even on a cancelled transaction.

Thanks. No they never paid. So I just cancel the order and relist it and won't have to pay anything unless it sells and am paid for it?
